Steve Mohan started Mohan Construction in 1991. He has participated in a variety of construction projects including hospitals, computer facilities, distribution centers, office buildings, and renovations. Responsibilities include preconstruction services, estimating, scheduling, and project coordination.

Jim Raines has over 20 years construction experience. Jim joined Mohan Construction in 2023 as Superintendent. Prior to his employment with Mohan Construction, worked as a Suprerintendent and Project Manager for Bob Florence Contractors. Mr. Raines has considerable experience with projects such as schools, office buildings and renovation projects.

Heather CrableHeather Crable
Administrative Assistant

 

Heather Crable is a Topeka native who attended Shawnee Heights High School and finished at Lawrence High School. She also attended Kaw Area Technical School. Heather joined Mohan Construction in 2006.

When Heather is not at work she raises American Barbado sheep, bees, chickens and maintains her gardens. Heather enjoys volunteering for a number of organizations including SilverBackks, SilverSuppers and is a member of Fort Riley's Family Readiness Group.
